Welcome Back…to You & Me! Hope you have been well. When most of use the word “back”, it is usually preceding the word pain. Two four letter words that strike fear in all of us (or nearly all). But why?
Because back pain can be all consuming, totally debilitating, and unrelenting. The 2 worse aspects of back pain is the determining the true cause and how it limits us in our life. Causes of back pain are varied and diverse because most people have different complex histories and life events. Determine the underlying “cause” of your back pain, and you can treat it. You don’t, you will only be chasing symptoms, which often happens.
Pain or discomfort or abnormal symptoms is usually not a big deal until it limits our Daily Life Activities. Our Daily Life Activities can include but not limited work, family interactions, leisure activities, travel, and/or sports. If you have pain, then your Daily Life Activities can become a chore or not even obtainable. If you have pain, don’t ignore it…it is your way of your body that something is going wrong. Keep looking until you have an answer that satisfies you!
