New Years was 5 weeks ago! How’s your motivation? Still at high? No? You’re not alone!
Do you look at this picture and maybe say any of the following: Wow – that’s a massive boulder? Wow – that guy is in shape? What the heck is he doing pushing that boulder up the incline? For me, I “see” 3 things.
1. If I was pushing that boulder – I still would be barely across the starting line! Not even in the picture.
2. Don’t know about you, but as I age I feel like the boulder is growing, the incline is getting steeper, and my desire to push against an “obstacle” is waining.
3. I would “love” to look nearer to his physique than mine but I don’t have the motivation.
As I look back over the past 6 weeks, the desire & motivation has waned as I pushed “My Boulder” up the hill. But like most of you…I have goals. Goals that will take some effort to accomplish. I want to become leaner, stronger, and more limber. Oh…and don’t anymore hurt.
What are you goals? Get out of pain? Have better balance & stability? Be more active? Enjoy your life and activities more?
