Sasha Digges is the Founder & President of PEAK Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation in Williamsburg, VA. He is a Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He currently practices as both a physical therapist and sports performance specialist.
Sasha is a practitioner of Functional Dry Needling and an instructor for Kinetacore since 2010. He is also certified and instructor for Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and a practitioner of the Selective Functional Movement Assessment.
Sasha has been involved in sports medicine/rehabilitation and sports enhancement since 1995. He has trained and rehabilitated non-athletes to athletes ranging from professionals, Olympians, collegiate, and high school to the everyday athletic warriors. His physical therapy specialty includes spine, sports medicine, trigger point dry needling and manual therapy, while his training focus tends to address pre-habilitation, swimmers, and field sports.
When not at work, Sasha enjoys soccer, cycling, the culinary arts (will be launching a YouTube cooking channel Fall 2018), and trying to stay ahead of his kids (a battle about to be lost soon). Sasha, along with his wife Kelli, and their two boys live in Williamsburg.

Cindy Hartman has been a licensed Physical Therapist for 28 years working in a diverse set of clinical settings to including outpatient orthopedics, assisted living facilities, home health care, and the Olympic training center in Silver Springs, MD. She currently practices as a physical therapist with a specialization in working with orthopedic spine injuries/dysfunction and pelvic girdle (SI joint) dysfunction. She has the strong skill set of manual therapy, with the new addition of dry needling,and is currently preparing for her MDT credential exam.
Cindy has been involved in orthopedic physical therapy since graduation from New York University Physical Therapy program in 1990. She has worked with the non-athlete with ages ranging 10 to 100, high school and college athletes , and Olympians. Currently, she works with the average non professional athlete, some high school and college students, as well as the non athletic population with neuromuscular and skeletal imbalance, gait/ balance dysfunction and myofascial dysfunction.
During her free time, Cindy enjoys fitness training, singing plus serving as choir/ program director at her church, and anything involving the outdoors/ recreation. Cindy lives in Williamsburg with her 2 sons, Luke and Ryan, where she tries to keep up with her two teenagers as a single mom.

John R. Struck, is a PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant) graduate from Tidewater Community College, and is a Certified Sports Massage Therapist. He is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association’s National Sport Massage Team, currently teaches courses in Anatomy and Physiology, Sport Massage and Functional Assessment at two of the local massage therapy schools. He has also conducted seminars for the College of William and Mary’s Kinesiology Department.
John has been interested in photography for many years and has just recently taken up the hobby again. He is also an avid bicyclist, both as a touring cyclist and also did some bicycle racing on an amateur level for many years. He had all but given up cycling for the past two years while earning his PTA degree. Now, with the completion of his college course work, he plans to once again concentrate on cycling. He is currently a member of the Colonial Racing Team and the Williamsburg Area Bicyclists, and occasionally writes articles concerning cycling and fitness. John is the owner and founder of Eastern Orthopedic & Sports Massage.

Victor Hudleston has practiced as a licensed Recreation Therapist for PEAK Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation, as well as the lead Functional Strength Coach for CORE FITNESS.
After his medical retirement from the military in 2012, Victor attended Stony Brook University and St.Josephs College of New York. Since his graduation, Victor has been specializing in sports specific rehabilitation and strength training. Modalities include but are not limited to, Therapeutic Recreation, Functional Strength and Conditioning, Adaptive prosthetics, Adventure Therapy, Sensory Stimulation, Aquatic Therapy, Memory Care, Animal Assisted Therapy, and Community Integration.
As a hurdle, sprint, and jumps coach Victor has had the opportunity of training twenty Two Virginia State Track and Field athletes, State Champions, Top 10 National Champion, and top collegiate prospects. As a military veteran and member of a specialized combat movement and tactics group, Victor has been a part of and has helped train some of Americas finest. As a provider for the Non-profit Heroes Movement organization Victor has helped veterans regain the ability to function and train with their prosthetics, and become more independent while improving their quality of life.
When off the field of play Victor spends his time fishing, hiking, water sports, and adventures with his wife Katie and two sons, Hayden and Cooper.
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Rebecka M. Moran graduated from St Catherine’s University as a COTA (Occupational Physical Assistance). She has experience working in the exercise field as an outdoor education instructor in Granby Colorado.
Rebecka has a strong interest in travel and community dedicating a year of service with AmeriCorps and multiple summer’s aboard the Mercy Medical ship in West Africa serving as summer camp coordinator.
She is an avid sports and outdoor enthusiast participating in many activities ranging from snowboarding to ultimate frisbee. The current activity that takes up the majority of her time in raising a wonderful daughter that keeps her from ever sitting down for too long.
Patient Care Coordinator
Ashley was born in Kinston, North Carolina. Ashley moved to Williamsburg at age 5 where she became a lifelong resident of Williamsburg including graduating from Lafayette High School. Ashley worked as a Dental Assistant for 2 years until she was accepted to Nursing School. She graduated from Riverside School of Professional Nursing with a Diploma in Nursing as an RN in 1994.
Ashley worked as an RN for 14 years with the majority of it in Nursing Administration and Health Insurance. She received extensive knowledge and training in the medical industry. Ashley is the current Patient Care Coordinator.
Ashley’s hobbies include scrapbooking, crafts and walking her 2 dogs.

Mitchell is a lifelong resident of Williamsburg. He loves playing soccer and the piano, cooking, learning to become a better driver, and spending times with friends & family.
